These Terms of Use (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Trial Lawyers United LLC (‘TLU,’ ‘the Firm,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) at www.triallawyersunited.com (the ‘Site’). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy), which is incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of this Site, including submission of a contact form, intake form, email, or telephone call, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Trial Lawyers United LLC. An attorney-client relationship is established only through the execution of a written engagement agreement signed by both you and the Firm.
Until an engagement agreement is signed, you should not transmit confidential, privileged, or sensitive information to the Firm through the Site or by any other means. Any information submitted prior to the establishment of an attorney-client relationship may not be treated as confidential, although the Firm endeavors to treat all intake communications with appropriate care.
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. The information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney who can evaluate the specific facts and circumstances of your situation.
3. Attorney Advertising Disclosure
This website may constitute attorney advertising in certain jurisdictions. The content on this Site is intended to provide general information about the Firm, its attorneys, and the legal services it offers. The hiring of an attorney is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements.
Most attorneys at Trial Lawyers United LLC are licensed to practice law in Arizona. Cases in other jurisdictions are handled in association with attorneys licensed in those states. The Firm maintains its principal office in Phoenix, Arizona.

4. Past Results and Case Outcomes
Any case results, verdicts, settlements, or representative matters described on this Site are provided for informational purposes only. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome in any future case. Every legal matter is different and depends on its own facts, the applicable law, and the specific circumstances involved. You should not assume that a similar result will be obtained in your case based on results described on this Site.
Where specific dollar amounts are presented, those figures may represent gross recoveries before the deduction of attorney fees, litigation costs, liens, and other expenses, unless otherwise stated.
5. Contingency Fee Representation
Trial Lawyers United LLC handles personal injury and mass tort cases on a contingency fee basis. This means you pay no attorney fees unless we obtain a recovery on your behalf.
Contingency fees are calculated as a percentage of the gross recovery. In most cases, the client is also responsible for litigation costs and expenses (such as court filing fees, expert witness fees, deposition costs, and medical record retrieval), which may be advanced by the Firm and deducted from the recovery. The specific percentage, the treatment of costs, and whether costs are deducted before or after the contingency fee is calculated are set forth in the written fee agreement signed by the client before representation begins.
When we say ‘no fee unless we win,’ we are referring to attorney fees. Litigation costs and expenses are addressed separately in the fee agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Trial Lawyers United LLC or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trial Lawyers United LLC concerning your use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether oral or written, regarding the Site.
For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms govern only your use of the Site. If you become a client of the Firm, the terms of your engagement will be governed by a separate written fee agreement, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
